Back in January, the National Zoo acquired a 2 ½-year-old giant Pacific octopus. Upwards of 7,000 people voted on one of four names to call this little fellah, who is currently 3 feet long but could eventually have an arm span of up to 25 feet! Yikes! That’s a lotopus, in my opinion.
