The Crooked Road

26 July, 2010

Along the Appalachian Mountains of southwestern Virginia is a 480-kilometer long route called The Crooked Road, Virginia’s official heritage music trail.

The Crooked Road connects venues where traditional mountain music is played. Part of a plan to promote tourism and give audience to the music of the Appalachia’s, the trail has been a major success, bringing over 20,000 visitors and $13 million dollars each year.

The project has also created over 500 jobs. With those jobs comes a higher population and with a higher population, unfortunately, comes more crime.

By having an ADT Security system professionally installed, you can rest assured that your family’s safety is in good hands and enjoy The Crooked Road.
